We are late compared to the projected pace of work. In the next few days Rastko should finish recording of the electric viola. As soon as he send me files I will start with the final stage of audio processing using reverb processor.
Due to many life problems that this time mostly hit me, we will have to reschedule some working dates and to hope that we will (finally) release our album in April.
LovBoy is preparing a little surprise that will soon appear on this site so stay tuned.
We have started to write scores for all songs which is a HUGE job, but necessary for good functioning of the Karneval ensemble that is ambitiously conceived. We decided to bite this apple till the end. We have gathered a dream team crew of people with whom we have collaborated on this album, and they are (with no exaggeration) great music performers and multi-instrumentalists.
I am sick of the current music media image. Everything has become degraded. The mainstream has fallen in the pit of worst kitsch and banality , and independent scene sounds like music for children up to 16 years. I’m talking about what is presented through the media. One who has the nerve to dig will always find something interesting.
Our participation in this picture is becoming more and more problematic for me. Anyway, we have become too remote from the present cheap moment. There are so much screaming on all sides about work presentations (and mostly by fools), that for a smart man, the only real choice is withdrawal and silence.
